BUILT FOR ACCOUNTABLE PROJECT RECORDS

Professional document control, without another complicated building platform.

01

Private by default

Project files sit behind signed-in project access rather than public document links.

02

Evidence-linked findings

Review items point back to the documents and project information that need attention.

03

Built for hand-over

Exportable registers keep the consent set, actions and close-out evidence together.

04

Clear service boundary

ConsentMuster supports the applicant team; statutory decisions remain with the selected BCA.

ONE PROJECT RECORD

Every hand-off, from application to close-out.

ConsentMuster is built around the moments where incomplete information costs time: before lodgement, during an RFI, before work is covered, and before the CCC application.

01

Pre-submission pack check

Find missing sections, mismatched revisions and likely RFI risks across the application, plans, specification, engineering and supporting evidence.

02

Council and BCA hand-off

Record the territorial authority separately from the BCA processing the consent, including supported standalone-BCA pathways.

03

RFI response workspace

Turn BCA wording into plain English, a point-by-point action list, named owners and an indexed response record.

04

Evidence before cover-up

Give builders and trades a stage-by-stage photo, inspection, test and certificate list before the work disappears behind concrete or linings.

05

CCC close-out control

Track Records of Work, PS3s, PS4s, trade certificates, as-builts, variations and final inspections in one live checklist.

06

Permanent property record

Keep the consent set, site evidence, activity history and final close-out documents together, then download an indexed CCC pack.

THE LIVE EVIDENCE PLAN

Collect the proof while the right people are still on the job.

The issued consent becomes a practical sequence of hold points. Each stage shows what must be inspected, photographed, tested or signed before construction moves on.

NATIONWIDE BASELINE

One national structure.
Local checks where they matter.

Every territorial authority in New Zealand is selectable. Each project starts with MBIE's application structure and project-specific rules, then adds local service, hazard and hand-off checks.

The project record separately identifies the consent-processing BCA. Council BCAs, BCAL and other registered standalone pathways can be tracked without confusing PIM, planning, infrastructure and property-record responsibilities.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Know exactly what the tool does.

What does the $79 project pass include?+

One private project, three full software pack checks, the expanded RFI response workspace, construction evidence tracking, the CCC close-out record and indexed exports.

Can I explore it before buying?+

Yes. The interactive sample uses a realistic New Zealand residential project and does not save anything. Paid project access is arranged separately.

Does ConsentMuster approve a building consent?+

No. Only the relevant building consent authority can grant a consent or issue a Code Compliance Certificate. ConsentMuster is an applicant-side quality, evidence and document-control tool.

Does a paid plan include professional advice?+

No. ConsentMuster produces an applicant-side software report and practical workflow. Designers, engineers, LBPs and the selected BCA remain responsible for their professional and statutory decisions.

Does it replace my designer, engineer or LBP?+

No. It helps the project team see gaps and keep evidence organised. Technical conclusions and regulated work remain with the appropriate qualified people.

Does it work outside Auckland or Wellington?+

Yes. Every New Zealand territorial authority is selectable. The national checklist applies everywhere, with maintained council hand-off packs added progressively.

What files can I upload?+

PDF, Word, Excel, JPG, PNG and text files up to 20 MB each. Project files are kept in private storage and served only after a project access check.

Can my builder and designer use the same record?+

Yes. Project owners can add admins, editors and viewers. Each invited person receives access through their own signed-in account.
